At this time, it is unknown if they are the brothers Jack Carter, Callum, and Jake Robinson

On Friday morning, authorities found four bodies in a water pit in the area known as La Bocana, in the Santo Tomás delegation, in Ensenada. The bodies were located early in the morning in a pit approximately 15 meters deep, near a cliff, in an uninhabited area.

The retrieval of the bodies, which involved the participation of firefighters, Civil Protection, and rescue teams, lasted about five hours due to the complexity of the work. The area was cordoned off by the National Guard while forensic experts from the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) searched for evidence.

According to reports from the FGE, among those detained are two men identified as Cristian Alejandro "El Crispín" and Gerardo "El Flaco". The motive for the crime is presumed to be robbery. Additionally, a woman was arrested in possession of a cell phone with the photograph of one of the missing foreigners as the background, although her identity has not been revealed.

The bodies found could be related to the disappearance of three foreign tourists reported missing since the previous weekend. They are Australian brothers Jake and Callum Robinson, aged 30 and 33 respectively, and their friend Carter Rhoad, an American national. The three men were last seen in the La Bocana area.

Additionally, during the rescue operation, the body of the owner of the ranch where the water pit was located was found, who had been missing for several weeks. The area where the bodies were found is characterized by the presence of members of criminal gangs and is difficult to access, located more than an hour and a half from the Ensenada - San Quintín federal highway.

On the other hand, there was also the discovery of a white pick-up truck, burnt near the vicinity where the bodies were found. Allegedly, this truck was used by the young men on their way to Ensenada.
