The events took place in Otay Constituyentes
On the morning of Tuesday, November 19, authorities discovered a suitcase containing human remains. The discovery was made outside a steam taco stand. Upon inspecting the suitcase, it is unofficially believed that the remains belong to a woman.
Municipal Police officers arrived at the scene, securing the area while forensic processing took place.
The incident occurred on Lázaro Cárdenas Boulevard, at the corner of Alfonso Cravioto Avenue, in the Otay Constituyentes neighborhood.
