The series moves to New York, where the third game will be played next Wednesday at 5:08 PM.

With a 5-run rally in the second inning, the New York Mets defeated the Los Angeles Dodgers with a final score of 7-3, tying the series at one win each.

The winning pitcher was Sean Manaea, while Landon Knack took the loss after giving up 5 runs, 5 hits, and 2 walks in just two innings.

Francisco Lindor opened the scoring with a solo home run to right field in the first inning on a 2-2 count. Pete Alonso sealed the game with the Mets' seventh run in the top of the ninth, following a hit by Starling Marte.

The Dodgers tried to mount a comeback with two runs in the bottom of the sixth, but it wasn't enough to catch up to the Mets.
