A half-naked body, bound at the hands and feet, was discovered on Tuesday morning near the Rosas Magallón Bypass in the city of Tijuana. The report was made shortly after 5:00 a.m., near Olivos Street and the entrance to the Santa Julia neighborhood.

According to initial reports, the victim was wearing blue jeans and white socks.

So far, the man has not been identified, and no arrests have been made in connection with the homicide.

With this case, the number of people killed in October has risen to 22, bringing the total number of victims in 2022 to 1,421, according to preliminary figures.
