Dulce Corona, the mother of the minor, has been the subject of criticism and scrutiny after contradictions in her initial statements were revealed

The case of Kim, a five-year-old girl who was allegedly sexually abused at the Graciano Viniegra Salazar kindergarten, has generated great controversy in the city of Mexicali. The investigations into this sensitive case have sparked intense public debate, while authorities continue to gather evidence and testimonies.

Dulce Corona, the mother of the minor, has faced criticism and scrutiny after contradictions in her initial statements were revealed. During the investigation, a WhatsApp conversation between her and the kindergarten teacher surfaced, in which she mentioned a fall Kim had allegedly suffered. This revelation has raised doubts about the truthfulness of the assault allegations.

Eliseo "N", an administrative employee of the kindergarten and one of the individuals accused of being a potential assailant, has proclaimed his innocence and demanded that evidence be presented to clear his name. Through his legal defense, Eliseo has requested that the investigation be conducted with the necessary rigor so that he may be exonerated and the facts clarified.

Meanwhile, Luis Gilberto Gallego Cortez, Secretary of Education of Baja California, reported that the three people involved in the investigation, including Eliseo "N", have been indefinitely suspended, following the protocols applied in such cases. Gallego Cortez emphasized that the administrative suspension does not imply guilt, but rather aims to ensure that the investigation can proceed without interference, safeguarding both the rights of the minors and the labor rights of those implicated.

"The fact that some teachers and administrative staff have been removed from their positions does not mean they are directly responsible. They are available to the investigating authority so that the process can continue without obstacles," the official stated.

Additionally, the Secretary clarified that the school has not been taken over by protesters, as had been speculated, but remains temporarily closed while the necessary proceedings are carried out. This measure seeks to avoid any obstruction to the investigation and to ensure an appropriate environment for inquiries.

The case has sparked a wave of protests in various parts of Mexicali, where groups of citizens, activists, and parents are demanding justice for Kim and calling for exemplary sanctions against those found responsible for the alleged assault. The demonstrations reflect widespread concern about the safety of minors in educational institutions and a strong demand for a swift resolution to the case.

Meanwhile, the State Attorney General's Office continues reviewing all evidence and testimonies to determine what happened at the kindergarten. Authorities have promised a thorough and transparent investigation to clarify the facts and ensure justice is served.
