On Monday, controversial model and adult content actress Luna Bella went viral   VIDEO  on X after a   SENSITIVE CONTENT   video previewing her new OnlyFans material, filmed in Mexico City's metro system, was released.

The video quickly spread, showing the model with two men dressed as police officers, apparently simulating an arrest in the corridors of a station and inside a carriage with passengers. This action drew criticism from netizens, who called on authorities to address the issue.

 

Potential Repercussions for Luna Bella

 

Verónica Melendes, known as Luna Bella, could face legal consequences for recording sexual acts in a Mexico City metro carriage. 

 

Authorities stated that any act of vandalism or crime should be reported to metro security to reduce inappropriate actions in this mass transit system. "During the current administration, the crime rate in the system has decreased by 78%. We urge users to report any abnormal situation during their journey to prevent misuse of the facilities. Avoid misinformation and refrain from sharing sensitive content for profit," they stated in a social media post.

 

As of now, it has not been announced whether Luna Bella will face any sanctions for her actions in the metro. Although there is no specific fine for having sexual relations in the metro, Article 30 of the CDMX Civic Culture Law allows for sanctions for affecting the dignity and tranquility of people. Possible penalties include a warning, a fine of 1 to 10 UMAs, arrest for 6 to 12 hours, or community service for 3 to 6 hours. For this accusation to proceed, a third party must file a complaint for assault or harassment.
