The Ministry of Health led by Hamas reports that, in the last 24 hours, 210 Palestinians have lost their lives in Israeli attacks at various points in the region

In a recent statement, the Israel Defense Forces expressed regret for the damage caused to civilians during an attack on a refugee camp in Gaza on December 24th.

A military spokesperson admitted to the BBC that the wrong weaponry was used, resulting in "significant collateral damage." The airstrike on the Maghazi camp left at least 86 people dead, with expectations that this figure will increase.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Health led by Hamas reports that, in the last 24 hours, 210 Palestinians have lost their lives in Israeli attacks at various points in the region. In a more forceful tone, an Israeli minister warns that the military will take action to eliminate the armed group Hezbollah from the border between Israel and Lebanon if the attacks continue.

The UN warns about the rapid deterioration of the situation in the occupied West Bank and calls on Israel to "end the illegal killings" of Palestinians. These events add to a context of persistent violence, where the Ministry of Health in Gaza, led by Hamas, reports that over 21,320 people have lost their lives since the beginning of Israel's retaliatory campaign.

It is worth noting that the conflict has also seen attacks by Hamas militants towards Israel, such as the one on October 7th, where at least 1,200 people died, and 240 were taken hostage.
