The young Spanish tennis player defeated Novak Djokovic in the Final; Annoyed, the Serbian broke his racket during the match

The Wimbledon Tournament Final had almost everything. A young Carlos Alcaraz (20 years old) won his second Grand Slam tournament by clinching the Wimbledon Championship title in London, England. The Spaniard defeated Novak Djokovic, who had been the lord of the circuit after the retirement of Roger Federer. Today it seems that the Iberian is willing to show that he can compete as Number 1 in the world.

Alcaraz won in five sets with scores of 1-6, 7-6, 6-1, 3-6 and 6-4. An intense match that heated up when Novak broke his racket in the last set after the Serbian could not answer an impressive play that Alcaraz ended up winning and with which he raised the more than 15,000 people in attendance at the stadium.

The native of Murcia in Spain, at 20 years and 72 days, became the third youngest tennis player to obtain this title, behind tennis legends such as Boris Becker (17 years and 227 days) and Björn Borg (20 years, 27 days).

The emotion overcame the Spanish in the celebration, since during an interview he wanted to show the trophy to the presenters and ended up "breaking it" into two parts, but he quickly arranged it to the laughter of the journalists and the player himself.
